The Role – Executive Search Consultant
As an Executive Search Consultant, you’ll become an expert in your market and a trusted advisor to clients and candidates alike. Your day-to-day will include:
- Building deep expertise in your chosen industry vertical
- Building and maintaining trusted, long-term relationships with candidates and clients
- Managing top-tier talent through the hiring process
- Supporting business development and client growth
- Conducting market research, mapping talent, and identifying hiring trends
- Attending client meetings and translating business needs into search strategies
