What you will be doing: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
As Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be working day to day with brilliant candidates and matching them up with with your clients in the tech space. By researching and learning industry trends, you will build the confidence to become an expert in your sector.
The day-to-day will consist of sourcing and reaching out to great candidates, negotiating offers, and building long-lasting relationships. You will also be liaising with clients to understand their hiring needs and what their perfect candidate looks like. Get stuck in immediately to develop your confidence and expertise in order to make deals and earn commission!!
About you: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Degree-educated (subject doesn’t matter)
- Ideally some commercial/sales experience
- Strong work experience to prove what hard graft looks like
- Competitive streak – high performers are particularly valued!
- Evidence of being money-motivated and goal-orientated
- Energetic and friendly – being able to build rapport is so important!
- Resilient and ambitious mindset
