The Company – Recruitment Consultant
Our client is a Monument based start-up, looking for Graduate Recruitment Consultants to come in and help grow their business. They provide contract and permanent personnel to investment banks, proprietary traders, hedge funds, and FinTechs.
The Role – Recruitment Consultant
- You will be working alongside industry experts with 15+ years of experience within the sector, and aiding them to win new business
- Sourcing candidates using various job boards, networking sites, and referrals
- Liaising with senior-level team members and running client meetings
- Develop a candidate networking
- Effective candidate qualification
- Candidate presentation with all relevant information
- Respond to candidate issues in an effective manner

- 25K base salary + 40% of everything you bill

The ideal candidate – Recruitment Consultant
- A degree with a 2:2 or above OR 6 months sales recruitment experience
- A competitive background is a plus
- Clear examples of financial drive and desire to succeed
- French, German or Dutch is a plus
- An energetic and enthusiastic personality!
