The Company Hiring: Graduate Recruitment Consultant
- Finance recruitment, focusing on professionals within Private Equity, Hedge Funds and Investment Banking
- Team of 20 – looking to hire 5 fresh faces to join in September
- Average fees of £250k
- Top biller is doing over £1 million
- Global presence with a focus on UK and US markets
- Looking for high energy, confident and salesy grads who will get stuck in and work hard
The Incentives to the Job: Graduate Recruitment Consultant
- 27k base salary with an increase to 30k within 6 months
- OTE in year one of £45k+, year two of £60k+
- 40% commission structure on top of the base salary
- One-on-one training from the top billers and Directors of the company
- Holiday incentives 2x a year – ski trips / Ibiza / New York
- Offices in London and Miami (with the opportunity to move offices in 2 years)
- Quick progression – 1st promotion within 6 months, next within 1 year
- Face-to-face client meetings – lunches/ drinks/ dinners
- Socials with your team once a month – spa days/ city breaks/ Ascot
- Spin the wheel when you hit your targets each month – cash prizes / free lunches / company card for the day / half days

- SALES ROLE – fast paced, dynamic and social
- Business development – source your own clients and build a relationship with them
- Work hand in hand and find the right candidate for them
- Organise interviews and meetings
- Prep and consult your candidates and clients
- Secure an offer and make a deal!

- 2:1 or above from a top 50 university
- Articulate and Intelligent
