The Company – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

You will get the chance to work closely with your Team Lead who will support your growth from day one, and genuinely invest in your training so you have all the tools needed to be a successful recruiter.

- Starting salary of £25k, rising to £27k after probation

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Building up your client base through business development
- Sourcing candidates through networking and headhunting
- Interviewing candidates and shortlisting them for your clients
- Preparing candidates for interviews and walking them through the process
- Negotiating the best package for your candidate at offer stage
- Building an online brand
- Working towards and exceeding targets

- Degree educated OR a background in sales
- Excellent communication skills
