Your Role as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

• Researching and identifying top talent for leadership and niche technical roles.
• Building long-term relationships with high-level candidates and clients.
• Managing the full search process from briefing through to offer and placement.
• Learning to advise and influence senior stakeholders.
• Taking full ownership of your own projects and billings.
