The Role – Executive Search Consultant

• Market research and mapping of clients and candidates

• Working closely with senior consultants to learn the process inside and out

• Speaking with top tier candidates and understanding their experience and wants

• Negotiating the best arrangement for your candidates upon offer

• Understanding client briefs to your best ability to effectively sell in opportunities

The Ideal Candidate:

• Degree educated with a 2:1 or above in any discipline

• Background within a commercial environment or fast-paced role

• Self-motivated

• Inquisitive

• Team player

• Wanting to progress and build a career

• Excellent work ethic

• Good written and verbal communication skills
