The Role – Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant
- Winning new clients through business development
- Sourcing top candidates through advertising, networking, and headhunting
- Interviewing candidates and introducing them to your clients
- Managing the end-to-end interview process
- Handling any objections by advising people on market conditions
- Negotiating the best contract on behalf of your candidates
- Following up on any business leads and continuously building out your network
The Requirements – Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant
- Ideally you will be degree educated with a 2:2 or above in any discipline
- Experience working with people – part-time, internships, placement year etc.
- Confident speaking with a range of high-level individuals
- Financially driven and determined to build a successful career
- Excellent problem-solving skills and positive attitude
