- Leading recruitment firm in the FinTech space, working with professionals all the way up to C-suite level
- Founded 10 years ago by a guy who has been in the industry for over 20 years
- Slightly smaller company of about 30 people, allowing you to feel a part of a team
- Average fees hit 70k, with their top billers billing 200k
- Working UK, Europe and US markets
- Offices in London and New York
The Incentives: Graduate Recruitment Consultant
- 27.5k base salary with an increase to 30k within 6 months
- Promotion is target based – most hit promotion within 5-6 months
- Autonomous work – everything you do is off your own back. If you want to be successful, you will have the power to do this yourself
- One-on-one training from the Managing Director and Founder of the company so you can learn from the best
- 40% commission + base salary
- OTE in year 1 = 45k+
- WFH on Wednesday
- Early finish Fridays
- Beer fridge and dartboard
- 25 days paid holiday + 2 weeks at Christmas
- Holiday incentives 2x a year – Portugal and Mexico
