• 28k base salary + 40% commission with no threshold
• OTE in year 1 = 45k+; year 2 = 60k+; year 3 = 90k+

• Focusing on the tech space, specifically AI and Cloud, they recruit mid-level to C-suite level professionals
• Top biller is billing fees as high as 330k, taking home a hefty chunk of this due to the 40% commission structure
• The founders believe in hands on training, allowing you to get stuck in and earn money from the very start
• Hiring 3 more faces for the cohort of 6 – start date end of July.

THE ROLE ITSELF: TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT

• Fast paced sales role, aiming to match up your clients and candidates and make a placement
• You will have to do a lot of cold calling, outreach, networking, advertising, consulting and negotiating
• Do your own business development and source your own clients
• Set up interviews
• Negotiate deals
• Make placements
