The Business – FinTech Recruitment Consultant
The FinTech space is one of the fastest-growing areas across the world. We have over 21 years of experience placing top tech talent into financial institutions in the UK, US, and Asia, and have grown to a business with 2 offices and a total headcount of 98.
We have specialist desks across Quant, Software Development, and Data & Analytics, showing the expertise and range of services we offer. You’ll learn directly from one of the founders in the business, who will get you up and running in no time, and well on your way to becoming a £500k+ performer in just your second year!

- Starting salary of £27.5k, rising to £30k after your first promotion
- Commission structure scaling to 45% with no threshold!

The Role – FinTech Recruitment Consultant
- Conducting cold calls to win new clients in the FinTech space
- Meeting with clients to build relationships and understand their hiring priorities
- Identifying and outreaching top talent for your clients
- Interviewing candidates and putting them forward for interviews with your clients
- Managing the interview process and ensuring your candidates are prepared and that you’re passing on feedback in a timely manner
- Handling any objections and advising your network based on market conditions
The Requirements – FinTech Recruitment Consultant
- Confident and hungry to be successful
- Degree educated with a 2:2 or above
- Experience working in either part-time or full-time positions (alongside university/internship etc.)
- Financially motivated
- Positive attitude and excellent problem-solving skills
