You will be taught one-to-one by the Director of the business, giving you insights into how to be the top biller in the business.
The money you can make in this industry in your first few years is unmatched, with people earning 50k+ in their first year. This is due to having a commission structure of 40% with no threshold ON TOP of your base salary. Make deals = earn commission!

The Incentives – Finance Recruitment Consultant
- 28k base salary with an increase to 30k within 6 months and 33k within a year
- 40% commission structure with no threshold
- 28 days paid holiday + birthdays + bank holidays + extra 5 days at Christmas

The Role – Finance Recruitment Consultant
- Map the financial services space and become an expert in your field
- Build relationships with some of the top finance professionals such as Investments Bankers and Stockbrokers
- Understand hiring needs and source your client’s ideal candidate via headhunting, cold calling, networking and advertising
- Organise interviews and give your candidates advice and guidance
- Get your candidate an offer and make a successful placement
- Receive your commission
