• Base salary of £33k, and an OTE of £40k with bonuses

The Role – Executive Search Associate

• Attend client meetings to understand role requirements, culture and expectations of the search

• Work with senior members to establish the scope of the search and utilise a variety of databases and headhunting tools

• Speak with prospective candidates and understand their relevancy for the role

• Meet with candidates and build relationships with them

• Produce a longlist and shortlist for your clients

• Be a liaison between both parties

• Assist the search with your senior team

• Develop market knowledge

The Ideal Candidate

• Degree educated with a 2:1 or above in any discipline

• Open to learning; fail fast and bounce back

• Collaborative team-player

• Take own initiative

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Thrives off seeking new challenges and pushing themselves
