Executive Search Consultant – The Role

• Researching new candidates through headhunt training, databases, job boards and your own networks

• Creating market maps requiring extensive research

• Attend client meetings to understand what your clients require

• Work with both client and candidate for the best outcome

The Ideal Candidate

• ABB minimum at A Level

• University degree from a Top 20 University

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Consistently go above and beyond in extra-curricular achievements
