The Role – What You’ll Do As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Own the end-to-end candidate journey – from sourcing to onboarding
- Build relationships and win new business with high-growth tech and finance clients
- Present top talent to clients and help guide hiring decisions
- Develop your network and personal brand within the tech & finance sectors
- Stay sharp with industry events and seminars
Who We’re Looking For
- 2025 graduate with a 2:1 or above
- Commercial experience – whether sales, customer-facing, or office-based
- Resilient, ambitious, and eager to learn
- A team player with strong communication skills
- Motivated to become a future expert in recruitment
