We work with impressive clients across the finance space, supplying Hedge Funds and PE Portfolio businesses with the best senior tech talent on the market. The job will involve some level of travel to meet with international clients so that you get the best exposure possible to result in success!
The Benefits – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Starting salary of £28k, rising to £30k after your first promotion to Senior Consultant (6-12 months)
- Fast-tracked progression with clear targets to reach – opportunity to build out your own team within just 2-3 years, and the chance to hit Associate Director within 4-5 years
- Work alongside an uncapped commission structure scaling to 40%, seeing you take home up to £50k in year one, and £70k in year two!

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Researching different businesses and conducting business development to bring new clients on board
- Meet with clients to fully understand their offering and hiring priorities
- Source top talent through headhunting on networking sites and speaking with those in your existing database
- Interviewing candidates and shortlisting them for roles with your clients
- Managing the end-to-end interview process, from scheduling meetings, to preparing candidates for interviews, and handling any reservations or questions either side has
- Ensuring you are advising and consulting both sides based on market trends and conditions
- Consistently working towards your individual and team targets
The Ideal Candidate – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Recent graduate with a 2:1 or above in any discipline
- Ideally you will have been involved in extracurricular activities demonstrating passion and ability to multi-task
- Confident speaking to high level individuals both on and off the phone
- Drive to earn over a basic salary and work towards targets set
- Motivated to build a long-standing career and progress into a leadership role
