The COMPANY – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Here you will specialise in finding senior/management level engineers and partnering them with your clients across the UK and Europe. The firm already have long standing relationships with over 200 global clients, which offers you the chance to hit the ground running. On top of this, you are also able to build up your own client base, again offering the chance for excellent development!

The ROLE – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Building up your exclusive client base through business development
- Building lasting relationships with your clients through regular meetings and consulting
- Sourcing the top talent for your client, through headhunting on social media platforms, advertising, and speaking with your network
- Managing the whole interview process, including scheduling, preparing candidates, and passing on feedback
- Negotiating the best contracts for your candidates
- Consistently advising your network on market trends and conditions
