The Business – Native French Speaking Executive Search Consultant
This is a really exciting opportunity to join a high-performing Executive Search firm operating across the energy, infrastructure, transportation, and industrial sectors which involves working with major French corporate clients and private equity/infrastructure funds, with a focus on placing executives and strategic roles globally (70% EMEA, 20-25% North America, remainder in South America and APAC).

- £35k base salary, with quarterly bonus’ taking your year one OTE up to £55k

The Role – Native French Speaking Executive Search Consultant
- Sitting in on client briefings to fully understand their offering and the type of individual they are looking for
- Market mapping – identifying the right talent for your clients through networking sites
- Managing the end-to-end interview process and supporting the team in any administrative duties
- Ensuring you consult and advise your candidates and clients based on market trends and conditions
- Completing data analysis and report writing following any searches to help consult and educate your network
The Requirements:
- Fluency in French – native speaking
- Good academics with a 2:1 or above in any discipline
- Experience working in a commercial environment – internship, placement year, after education etc.
- Confidence speaking with high-level stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Motivated to develop a long-term career and a curiosity about the world
