What You’ll be Doing: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Consulting clients in the finance sector, mapping the market and getting a great understanding of current trends
- Offering your services and headhunting the candidates they are looking for. This is done via social media, cold calling, networking and using the database
- Demonstrating why you are worth working with as you place the best candidates into their business having prepared them well
- Get an offer for your candidate, negotiate the contract and make the deal!
