Trainee Recruitment Consultant
This company are looking for money-hungry individuals who are mature and charismatic. You will be speaking to the top finance professionals in the financial services, including all the way up to C-suite level. As a seriously lucrative market, you can maximise your earning potential in recruitment, with top billers taking home 6 figures. You can expect take home at least 40k in your first year, with the opportunity to get promoted within 6 months!
The Selling Points: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- 27k base salary with an increase to 30k in 6 months
- Promotion is target based – most hit within 5-6 months
- 40% commission structure + base salary
- OTE in year 1 = 40k+; year 3 – 90k+
- Training by the Director and Managing Director – hands on and one-to-one
- Socials with your team every month – Spa days, Michelin star restaurants, Ascot

The Role Itself: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
360 Recruitment
- Headhunt your client and show evidence that you’re an expert in your market, convincing them to work with you
- Map your market and give insight into hiring and market trends to your clients
- Understand the profile of the candidate they’re looking for and source them via networking, advertising and cold calling
- Take them through the interview process, giving tips and guidance throughout
- Secure them an offer and negotiate the deal
The Ideal Profile for the Job: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- 2:1 degree or above from a top 50 university
- Salesy mindset – preferably experience in cold calling, B2B, B2C or door to door
- Competitive – sports background
- Financially motivated
- Resilient and hard working
- Chatty and enthusiastic
