This is a very rare and exciting opportunity for a graduate to join a well-established Executive Search firm within the Commodity space! This is a very diverse role, with exposure to a plethora of different organisations around the world!
The Business – Executive Search Consultant
We are looking for an intelligent, hard-working, and motivated individual to join the top performing Director in the business. He has absolutely flown through his career and built up an incredibly buoyant and rewarding network. This includes working with both smaller and larger trading firms across industries within Agri, Marine Fuels, and Oil.
This is a very unique opportunity, as the Director is essentially looking to bring someone in who will inherit their network moving forward, as they look to build out in other areas. This means you will absolutely hit the ground running and be built up for a successful career.

- Starting salary of £34k, rising to £37.5k after 12months
- Quarterly bonus structure taking your annual earning potential to £54k in year one

The Role – Executive Search Consultant
- Meeting with clients to understand their hiring briefs and company values
- Researching the market and identifying suitable candidates for your clients
- Creating a long-list of candidates and working closely with your client to identify the ones they want to speak with
- Reaching out to those individuals, pitching the role, and convincing them to have a meeting
- Working closely with your team throughout the hiring process and ensuring you are advising both parties on market trends and conditions
- Creating reports and data analysis following any processes, including competitor analysis and salary benchmarking
- Building out your network and staying close to them
The Requirements
- Strong academic background
- Experience working in a commercial role is preferable (6+ months)
- Confidence speaking with high-level stakeholders
- Resilient with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ambitious and motivated to build a long-lasting career
