You’ll work closely with industry leaders, building relationships with both clients and candidates, and placing top-tier talent in some of the most exciting tech companies across the UK and beyond.

Your Role as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant
From the moment you join, you’ll be guided through structured training and gain hands-on experience. Your day-to-day will include:
- Sourcing top candidates via social media platforms, internal databases & networking
- Managing candidates throughout the full hiring process
- Attending client meetings to understand hiring needs
- Building a strong personal brand and writing compelling job ads
- Becoming a subject-matter expert in your tech niche
Who We’re Looking For – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Recent Graduates with placement years
OR - B2B sales experience (preferred but not essential)
- Highly motivated, organised, and goal-driven
- Ambitious individuals who want to build a long-term career
- Quick learners with great communication skills
