The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Cold calling – potential clients and candidates, and dealing with the rejection that can take place as a result of this
- Guiding candidates through the process – offering advice and support on different stages of the process whilst also being responsible for any negotiations that may subsequently take place
- Attending client meetings – visiting client’s offices to gain a greater understanding of the certain characteristics they are after in their new hires
- Researching your sector in depth – Constantly undergoing further research in the particular sector to make sure you stay up to date with any new developments that occur
The Ideal Candidate – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Financially motivated – with a strong desire to earn big!
- Competitive in nature – someone who thrives in a competitive environment. A background in sports is a big plus
- Degree or sales experience
- Strong communication skills – ability to form and maintain relationships with candidates and clients
