Working across the Financial Services market, you will specialise in the Credit, Private Equity, and Investment banking sectors. The firm focuses on finding exceptional talent from VP level and above, and matching them with incredible opportunities across London, Europe, and the US, offering amazing exposure to international businesses.

The team are incredibly collaborative, and you will have access to over 50 years’ combined total of experience/knowledge of both the executive search sector itself and the financial markets. You will work closely with the senior management team and build up your skillset and understanding over the first 6 months.

• Starting salary of £32k, rising to £35k after 6 months

• Researching the financial markets and understanding the top companies in the industry
• Mapping the candidate market for your clients
• Creating long and short lists of suitable candidates for your clients
• Manging the interview process with your senior consultant
• Creating reports on current trends, and successes/failures of your processes
• Working towards individual and team targets
• Building your database and network of c-suite individuals

• Degree educated with a 2:1 or above in any discipline
• Previous work experience – working in part-time roles, internships, office settings etc.
• Confident speaking with high-level stakeholders
• Driven to build a successful career
• Excellent problem solving skills
