The Company – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Our client is hiring 3 fresh faces to join their boutique recruitment firm, working within the tech space. Looking for ambitious, hardworking and enthusiastic individuals to boost their revenue and build their reputation within the market. They are already dominating the UK, so they want to expand their expertise to the US markets as there is even more money to be made there due to the higher salaries. With the top biller bringing in over 700k in revenue, the earning potential is incredible with this firm.
The Incentives – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- 27.5k base with a 40% commission structure on top
- Training period lasts 6 months and then promoted to consultant where you get a pay increase to 32k
- After promotion – WFH 1-2 days a week depending on whether you’ve hit targets for the month
- 2x holiday targets a year – win a free holiday to Ibiza, Marbella, Lisbon or Geneva
- Client meetings once a week – lunches/drinks
- Casual dress
- Beer fridge for early finish Thursdays
- Late start Fridays
- One on one training from the Managing Director and top biller so you learn the ropes from the best in the business
- 28 days paid holiday + birthday + bank holidays
The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Fast-paced sales role, aiming to match up your clients and candidates to make a successful placement
- Completely autonomous – you run your own business within the business
- 360 recruitment – end to end recruitment – business development to source your own clients; find the candidates for your client and take them through the interview process, give them tips to succeed during their meetings; secure them an offer, negotiate the deal; make a placement; get your commission!
The Ideal Candidate – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Degree educated with a 2:1 or above
- Experience with client-facing work, or sales experience
- Competitive – sports background
- Energetic and enthusiastic – has that salesy mindset
- Financially driven – will work hard and put in the effort to earn good money
- Articulate and strong communication skills
