The BUSINESS – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

We are working roles at Associate and Partner level – meaning the average fees we work with sit at £53k, with some of our highest hitting £110k. We cover the UK and European market, and work with impressive Magic and Silver Circle firms.

The ROLE – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Winning clients through business development and networking
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through regular touch points
- Sourcing top candidates through headhunting, advertising, networking, and using the company database
- Interviewing candidates and putting them forward for roles with your clients
- Manging the end-to-end interview process and ensuring you pass on feedback and consult both parties on market conditions
- Negotiate the best package for your candidate
- Follow any business leads passed on by your network
The REQUIREMENTS – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Ideally you will be a 2024/2025 graduate with a 2:1 or above in any discipline
- Experience working in a customer or client facing role
- Involvement in more than just academia throughout education – sports, societies, positions of responsibility etc.
- Financial drive and desire to earn over a basic salary
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
