About the Company – Executive Search Consultant

They are now seeking two ambitious and driven graduates to join their 2-year Graduate Scheme in September, where you’ll work alongside senior consultants, gain invaluable industry insights, and develop key skills to thrive in executive search.

Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Identify top talent by conducting in-depth research
- Screen and assess candidates for executive-level roles
- Coordinate interviews and assist with scheduling
- Conduct reference checks and prepare candidate profiles
- Support consultants with key projects and client work

- 2025 Graduate
- European Language skills
- Strong research & analytical skills
- Excellent communication – written & verbal
- Highly organised & detail-oriented
- Able to work both independently & in a team
