The Business – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Working across Digital and Technology is one of the most lucrative and buoyant spaces. You will work with a range of organisations, from independent banks like Monzo and Revolut, to huge brand names like Asos, Lego, and Sky. With regular networking events, you’ll build your own relationships with these clients and soon build up your own book of exclusive clients to work with.
You’ll specialise in sourcing and placing professionals across the AI, DevOps, and Data space, expanding your contract book out to become incredibly profitable.
The team have grown from 20 heads in 2023, to 45 heads in 2025, with no plans to slow down. This has become possible through the award-winning training team and management with over 60 years of combined experience. This isn’t a role to miss, if you’re looking for your career to take off!

- Starting salary of £27.5k rising with each promotion
- Uncapped commission structure scaling to 40%

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Winning new clients through business development
- Meeting with clients to fully understand their hiring requirements
- Headhunting talent across networking sites
- Interviewing candidates and putting them forward for interviews with your clients
- Managing the end-to-end process, including prep and feedback calls
- Handling any reservations and ensuring your network is advised on market conditions
- Negotiating job offers and contracts
- Keeping up to date with your network and identifying market trends
The Ideal Candidate – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
We are looking for individuals who are naturally competitive with a winning mindset who are looking to join a fast-moving, rewarding, and dynamic industry.
Ideally you will also have the below:
- Degree educated OR a background in sales
- Articulate and confident when speaking with high-level individuals
- Financial drive
- Excellent problem-solving skills
