The Role – Tech Recruitment Consultant
From day one, you’ll be enrolled in a 12-month training program designed to support your development and success in the recruitment industry.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities – Tech Recruitment Consultant
- Sourcing top tech talent using various recruitment methods
- Attracting candidates through advertisements and managing applications
- Preparing and guiding candidates through the recruitment process
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Expanding your professional network
- Attending industry events and conferences
- Pitching recruitment services to new clients and winning business
Skills and Experience – Tech Recruitment Consultant
- Recent Graduate
- Participation in extra-curricular activities
- Ability to work well within a team
- Ambition to become a leading expert in tech recruitment
- Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
