Our Client: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Founded by two best friends just 3 years ago, they have already built an incredible network of clients within the tech space. They are now one of the leading and most entrusted tech recruitment firms in the industry. The tech space is taking off again and has become one of the most buoyant sectors in the job market, this means a great amount of money to be made. Their top biller is making 6 figures bill fees as high as 500k. You will be joining a cohort with 5 other grads so you will learn the ropes together and bounce off each other in friendly competition.
The Benefits: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- £27.5k base with an increase to £32.5k after promotion
- 40% commission structure with no threshold
- OTE of 50k in your first year
- One to one training from top billers and directors

The Job Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Understanding the market and advising the clients
- Doing your own business development and finding clients to negotiate deals with
- Acknowledging what the client is looking for out of an employee and market mapping for them
- Sourcing and screening that candidate through cold calling, headhunting and advertising
- Taking them through the interview process and guiding them how to succeed and get placed
The Ideal Candidate: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Degree educated with a 2:2 or above
- Strong sales experience
- Confident and charismatic
- Resilient and competitive
- Good interpersonal skills
- Chatty
- Empathetic
