Role Overview – Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be a part of a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in the recruitment industry. You will work closely with experienced consultants, learning the full recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing and client engagement to placement and aftercare.
Key Responsibilities – Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilise various platforms and techniques to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
