The Business – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

You’ll specialise in placing top tech professionals, across Software Development, DevOps, and AI into financial institutions in the UK, US, and Europe. The Day-to-day – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Winning new business through BD
- Meeting with clients to build relationships and understanding of their offering
- Sourcing top talent through headhunting on job boards and speaking with your network
- Managing the interview process from start to finish – scheduling, preparing candidates, passing on feedback, handling any reservations
- Negotiating the best contract for your candidates
- Gaining leads from your network
- Consistently working to exceed targets set
The Ideal Profile – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Experience working in a sales or client facing role
- Naturally competitive and inquisitive
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Financially motived and looking to earn well above your salary
- Confident speaking with high-level stakeholders both on and off the phone
