The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Cold Calling potential clients and candidates, pitching the services/ role you can offer them
- Guiding candidates through the process offing advice and support on different stages of the process
- Negotiating deals
- Attending client meetings to gain a greater insight/ understanding of what exactly they are looking for in their new hires
- Market research in order to stay up to date with new developments within your sector
The Ideal Candidate – Graduate Recruitment Consultant
- Financially Driven– a strong desire to earn big and be successful!
- Competitive- someone who thrives in these sort of environments, a background in sports or similar is a big plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to form and maintain relationships with candidates and clients
- Degree educated or commercial experience
