The Benefits – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- £25k base salary with OTE in year 1 of £50k!
- Uncapped commission structure up to 40% and generous team leader commission (when you reach that stage)
- Transparent career progression from the get-go with a direct route to partner level!
- Average deal size of £40-60k but its not uncommon for consultants to close deals of £100k+
- Flexible lunch hours to allow for gym time
- WFH two days a week after training is completed
- Twice a year holiday incentives including skiing, 5-star hotels and sun-drenched locations! All expenses paid!

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Business development
- Cold calling potential new clients
- Building a great relationship with the clients
- Meeting new/current clients to understand their exact hiring needs
- Headhunting candidates
- Sourcing candidates
- Advertising new roles on behalf of the client
- Interviewing candidates
- Guiding them through the whole interview process and providing advice and feedback along the way
The Idea Candidate – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Hardworking and results driven individual
- Competitive in nature – a background in sports is a big plus but not necessary!
- Degree educated or relevant sales experience
- Financially driven – a real drive to earn big!
