The Business Overview – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
We are on the hunt for 2 individuals who want to progress their career and gain a huge amount of exposure to the technology and digital markets. This is a hugely varying market, with clients across Finance, FMCG, Legal, and Renewables. You’ll be responsible for sourcing top talent across Software Engineering, DevOps, AI, and up to CTO level.

The Day-to-Day of the Job – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Completing business development to win new clients across the tech markets
- Meeting with clients to fully understand the offering and their hiring requirements
- Sourcing top talent through headhunting
- Interviewing candidates and shortlisting them for your clients
- Managing and controlling the interview process, from initial prep calls, to negotiating the best contract for your candidate
- Consistently keeping up with market conditions and ensuring you are advising your network accurately
- Working towards individual and team targets
- Consistently adding to your network and following up on any leads
The Ideal Candidate – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Previous experience working in a client or customer facing role
- Financially driven- looking to progress quickly with clear financial goals
- Naturally inquisitive with the desire to gain excellent exposure to international businesses
- The want to win- previous competition within sports, debate, etc.
- Articulate and confident speaking with high-level individuals
