The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Cold calling – potential clients and candidates, whilst also dealing with the rejection that can take place as a result of this
- Guiding candidates through the process – offering advice and support on different stages of the process
- Attending client meetings – visiting client’s offices to gain a greater understanding of the certain characteristics they are after
- Researching your sector in depth – constantly undergoing further research in the particular sector

- Hardworking with strong examples to back yourself up
- Money motivated individual – having a strong desire to earn big!
- Competitive in nature e.g. background in sport
