What You’ll Be Doing – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be at the heart of the action, working closely with senior consultants and industry leaders. Your role will include:
- Sourcing top candidates through innovative methods
- Supporting senior candidates in their day-to-day recruitment activities
- Conducting market research to identify and longlist suitable candidates
- Attending client meetings and networking events, building your professional network
- Building your own personal brand to stand out in the industry
- Collecting valuable commercial information about your market sector
- Establishing strong, long-lasting relationships with candidates and clients
