The Company: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Our client is a leading recruitment firm in the finance space. With offices globally, they have dominated the industry and are now one of the most well-known entrusted recruitment firms. You will gain expert knowledge from the top billers in the company, who are billing 500k+. They value solid training to learn the foundations and how to be the best, so they will give hands-on one on one training to guide you throughout.
The Incentives: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- 28k base with an increase to 32k once promoted
- OTE in year 1 = 40k
- 40% commission structure with no threshold
- One on one training from the top billers in the company
- Work from home 1-2 days a week once promoted
- Promotion within 5-6 months
- Holiday incentives 2x a year – skiing, Marbella, Barbados and Paris
- Quarterly socials with the team – cocktail nights, dinner parties, Ascot

The Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- 360 recruitment
- Headhunting, cold calling, LinkedIn, advertising and networking
- Studying the market and offering advice to clients on hiring
- Sourcing the candidate they’re looking for via headhunting
- Organising interview schedules
- Give tips to candidates to succeed in interviews
- Make a successful placement and get your commission
The Ideal Candidate: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Degree educated with a 2:1 or above
- Strong sales experience
- Confident people skills
- Articulate and good communication
- Competitive
- Money motivated
- Hard working – with evidence
