Established in 2019, we are a firm that focuses on construction within the US markets. Specialising across infrastructure, buildings, corporate services and heavy Industrial.

The average income our consultants earn will put you in the top end of the overall recruitment market, which is down to our exceptional training, hardworking employees and our commission structure.
Both founders are multimillion pound billers, which you’ll gain exposure to from day 1, to learn all the tips and tricks of being successful in the industry.

- £27.5k base salary with OTE in year 1 of £50k

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will:
- Business Development:
- Cold-call potential clients to build relationships
- Meet with new and existing clients to understand hiring needs
- Headhunting Candidates:
- Source and identify top talent
- Advertise roles on behalf of clients
- Conduct candidate interviews and guide them through the recruitment process, offering advice and feedback

- Strong communication skills – ability to maintain and form relationships with clients and candidates
