The Incentives: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- 27k base salary with an increase to 30k after promotion
- 40% commission structure with no threshold
- Promotion within 6 months of being in the industry
- Holiday incentives 3x a year – skiing, Paris, Barcelona, Prague, Ibiza

The Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Fast-paced sales role that involves matching up clients and candidates to make a successful placement
- Headhunting clients and candidates via adverts, LinkedIn, cold calling and networking
- Studying the market and offering advice on hiring plans
- Setting up calls and interviews for clients and candidates, becoming the middleman
- Preparing candidates for difficult questions
- Get the candidate an offer and make a successful placement!
The Ideal Candidate: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Degree educated with a 2:1 or above
- Sales experience – B2B, cold calling, client facing
- Confident people skills
- Strong communication
- Ambitious and money motivated
- Competitive – sporty
