The Client: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
This company are branching out into the US market as they have already dominated the UK markets over the last decade and now want to explore other potential clients globally. This means they need a whole new team to join their London office so their established employees can set up the New York office.
With a focus on the tech space, this market is booming, specifically their FinTech and Green tech desk which is a very lucrative industry to be working within.
The Incentives: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Base salary of 27.5k as well as 40% commission with no threshold
- Holiday incentives – if you hit your targets and thrive in the industry, you will be rewarded with team trips away
- One to one training from some of the top billers in the industry, who are billing 7 figures for the company
- OTE in year 1 = 35k-45k, year 2 = 45k-60k
- Fast career progression, with the ability to develop your skills and be promoted within 6 months of you being in the industry

- Quarterly team trips to restaurants, pubs, events or even new cities to explore
- Gym membership paid as the gym is below the office
- 1-2 days working from home once promoted and hitting targets

The Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- You will be building relationships with both clients and candidates in order to gain their trust
- Through headhunting, advertising, networking and looking through CVs on the database, you will be finding the best suited candidate for your client
- By developing your working relationship, you can then negotiate the terms of the contract, including the deal size and the commission structure
- This sales-based role will allow you to have complete autonomy over your own work, allowing you to have control over your workload and earning potential
