- £25k base salary with OTE in year 1 of £45k through commission and promotions!

The Role- Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Understand client hiring needs.
- Find and screen candidates.
- Conduct interviews and match candidates to roles.
- Advise clients on hiring strategies.
- Support candidates with applications and interviews.
- Negotiate job offers.
- Build and maintain relationships.
- Follow up post-placement.
