The Company – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Working across the property markets is incredibly lucrative. You have a lot of areas to cover- from Estate Agents and Quantity Surveyors, to Property Managers & Finance professionals. You will essentially be recruiting all professionals needed in a property sale, meaning your network will be incredibly intertwined, making it easier to source the best candidates for your clients.
With a very impressive commission structure scaling to 45%, there are consultants who are taking home regular paycheques exceeding £10k, with an average earning in year one hitting £55k, and year two hitting £75k.

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Winning business through BD
- Meeting with clients to fully understand their hiring priorities both short and long-term
- Sourcing candidates for your clients through advertising, headhunting, network, and looking in the company database
- Interviewing candidates, understanding their experience, and pairing them with suitable clients
- Managing the interview process from initial preparation to negotiating the best contract
- Handling any reservations and advising both clients and candidates appropriately throughout the process
- Building your network through your personal brand
