You’ll have the chance to work with a range of exciting client across Finance, Energy, FMCG, and Automotive, and help source top CTO’s, Heads of Technology, and Senior Software Developers for them across the globe.

- Starting salary of £26k rising to £28k after probation

The DAY-TO-DAY – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Winning new clients through business development
- Speaking with clients and understanding their hiring requirements
- Sourcing the best talent for your clients
- Interviewing candidates and shortlisting them for your clients
- Preparing candidates for interviews and passing on feedback following any meetings
- Negotiating contracts on behalf of your candidates
- Building up your personal brand on LinkedIn and continuously adding to your network
- Consult and advise your network on market trends and conditions
The IDEAL CANDIDATE – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Recent graduate OR 12+ months working in sales
- Confident and articulate
- Naturally competitive – a background in sports, debate, etc.
- Financially driven
- Ambitious and looking to progress in a career
