- Headhunting & networking – Finding top candidates for high-level roles
- Sourcing talent – Using databases, LinkedIn, and industry events

Who We’re Looking For – Trainee Recruitment Resourcer?
- 6+ months of sales/recruitment experience OR a recent university graduate
- Strong communication skills – Confident speaking to candidates & clients
