You will be recruiting the best tech professionals in the US, building strong and long-lasting relationships with them and your clients. The salaries in America are a lot higher than in the Uk, meaning you will be billing bigger fees than your competitors and gaining better commission! With their top biller making 6 figures, you will be taught by the best in the company all the tips and tricks to be a top biller as well!

The Perks to the Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• 28k base with an increase to 32.5k within 6 months which aligns with a promotion
• 40% commission structure with no threshold to maximise earning potential
• OTE in year 1 – 45k+; year 2 – 60k+; year 3 – 100k+
• Work from home offered 1-2 days a week depending on whether you have hit your targets
• In-person client meetings once a week – drinks, dinner, or coffee
• Office in central London

The Job Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• 360 recruitment – end to end recruitment
• Sourcing both candidates and clients
• Market mapping – study the sector you work within and get to know everyone in the industry to get the inside scoop
• Headhunting your clients and candidates through cold calling, advertising, LinkedIn posts and messages
• Organizing interviews and helping candidates succeed
• Negotiating contracts and deal sizes once the candidate has received the offer
• Make a placement and get your well-earned commission

The Ideal Candidate:

• Degree educated with a 2:1 or 1st
• Strong sales experience
• Competitive – sporty background
• Financially driven – wanting to work towards goals and commission
• Charismatic
• Confident
• Articulate
