The Benefits – Executive Search Consultant
- £32k base salary with discretionary bonus

The Role – Executive Search Consultant
- Market Research – Analyse trends, target industries, and competitor activity to provide clients with strategic insights.
- Market Mapping – Conduct detailed research to identify industry landscapes, key players, organisational structures and potential talent pools.
- Candidate Sourcing – Using databases, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach to identify and connect top-tier talent.
- Client Reporting – Present detailed market maps, candidate profiles, and regular updates on search processes to clients.
- Relationship Building – Establish and sustain long-term partnerships with clients and candidates to secure successful placements.
- Screening & Assessment – Conduct in-depth interviews and evaluations to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural alignment with the clients.
- Process Coordination – Oversee timelines and workflows for each search, ensuring seamless communication and adherence to deadlines.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Graduated from a top university
- Commercial experience or internship highly sort after
- Confident and articulate with the ability to hold your own among high level stakeholders
- Ambitious with a desire to work your way up the career ladder
