Each brand is a specialist in what they do, meaning you will learn from the best of the best, and be well on your way to earning over £45k in your first year!
Working across the UK, US, and Europe, there is a huge opportunity for exposure to huge corporations, scale-ups, and start-up businesses across the globe, developing your knowledge base and skill set!
The BENEFITS – Graduate Recruitment Consultant
- Starting salary of £26k, increasing to £28k after your first promotion (expected within 6 months)
- Uncapped commission structure with no threshold which scales to 35%
- OTE in year one hitting £45k
- Training delivered by the in-house development team, consisting of classroom sessions and on the job learning
- Transparent progression pathway – hit Consultant in 6 months, Principal in 18 months, and Team Lead after 2 years

The ROLE – Graduate Recruitment Consultant
- Bringing in new business through business development
- Meeting with clients and building strong relationships to understand their hiring priorities
- Sourcing top talent through headhunting on LinkedIn
- Interviewing candidates and pairing them up with your clients
- Ensuring you pass on feedback and handle any reservations in a timely manner
- Negotiating the best contracts for your candidates
- Building an online brand to get inbound activity
The REQUIREMENTS – Graduate Recruitment Consultant
- Recent graduate OR a background working in a sales role
- Positive attitude with good problem-solving skills
- Confident speaking with a range of high-level individuals on and off the phone
- Financially motivated with the desire to earn over a basic salary
- Naturally competitive
