The Client: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Recruiting within the finance space, this company is the leading team for placing unique professionals in this sector. With their top billers billing 7 figures, you can bill fees of 100k+, with a commission of 40% with no threshold, allowing your earning potential to skyrocket. Our client is in the growth stage and so are looking to expand their team and hire new graduates. Dominating the US and UK markets, they are looking to build a new office in New York for their best consultants to join and compete to be the best finance recruitment firm in the industry.
The Perks: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Base salary of 27k, with 40% commission with no threshold
- Holiday incentives when hitting your targets, such as jetting off to the Maldives, Dubai or Greece
- One to one training from the directors and top billers of the company, allowing you to learn from the best
- Ability to be promoted within 6 months of you beginning in the industry
- 28 days holiday + birthdays + bank holidays

- WFH 1-2 days a week once promoted to consultant and hitting your targets

- Ability to be managing your own team within a few years, allowing you to progress higher within the industry
- Half day Fridays
The Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Headhunting, advertising, networking and using the database of CVs to find the best candidate suited to the role and the client
- Using your communication skills to understand what the client wants out of an employee, as well as what the candidate is looking for in a company
- Negotiating deals and contracts with the clients, this including your commission structure which will be a big chunk of your salary
- Undergoing candidate management by guiding them through the interview process and giving the advice on how best to answer the difficult questions
The Ideal Candidate: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Degree educated with a 2:1 in any discipline
- OR significant sales experience (e.g. cold-calling, B2B sales, door knocking, target-based sales)
- Hard working and driven
- Competitive – sports background
- Ambitious and money motivated
- Excellent communication skills
- Personable and approachable
