The Business – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

This agency is the top performing in their area of Technology, with offices in London, Berlin, and Austin, the company has no plans on slowing their growth down. You’ll focus on sourcing Data & Analytics talent for your client base, which ranges from Hedge Funds to huge corporations such as Haribo, Asos, and Sky.

With huge success in getting trainees up and running quickly, you’ll be joining a company where it’s the norm to see your first promotion within just 6 months, and earn well above £45k in your first year!

• Starting salary of £26k rising with each promotion
• Uncapped commission seeing you earn up to 35% of the revenue to generate for the business
• OTE in year one hitting as high as £50k, and in year three it reaches as much as £80k!

• Win new clients through business development
• Meet with clients to understand their hiring priorities and maintain relationships
• Source top talent through headhunting on LinkedIn
• Manage the interview process from start to finish
• Negotiate contracts for your candidate base
• Build your network through your personal brand

The Ideal Candidate – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• Recent graduate with a 2:1 or above in any area
• Experience working in a customer or client facing role
• Financial drive
• Competitive with the desire to be successful
• Naturally inquisitive
